Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned due to their nature. These include:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale items and clearance items (these are final sale)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Click on RMA with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Authorization: If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Send the Package: Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing delays.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. To exchange an item, click on RMA and follow the return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customer-paid shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
